Phase 8 boundaries: draft invitations are not sent; commercial records do not connect billing; support cases do not grant access; all external execution remains disabled.

Phase 7 hard gates: this page records an HTTPS/CORS/secret-reference deployment plan. It cannot deploy infrastructure, activate a provider, send email, or release customer delivery.

Delivery Readiness

Controlled delivery pre-flight and internal-only message/download previews. No customer delivery can be released here.

Phase 6 hard gate: even an internally approved readiness package cannot send email, create a usable customer download link, or call a provider. Live release is deliberately unimplemented.

Run Approval Centre

Governance decisions for individual controlled workflow runs. Decisions never release external actions.

Phase 5 boundary: approving a run records a controlled governance decision only. Protected download-link and email nodes remain blocked. No external API call occurs.

Run centre

Durable internal execution records. External effects remain blocked.

Safety: Phase 3 creates run and step records only. An action/notification node is recorded as protected; it does not contact any external system.

Error centre

Failures are classified, traceable and retryable only through the controlled run engine.

Connected Apps

Secure connection records. Only a secret reference is saved; raw secret values are never stored.

Phase 4 boundary: Only sandbox/test connections can be configured. A verified event creates an internal controlled run; no provider API call, delivery email or customer link is executed.
